Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah, or whatever pagan religion you might follow is always a great excuse to take a road trip during the holidays. Is anyone taking any interesting routes on their way to gorge themselves with food, or perhaps indulge in a Top Gear style race against another family member?
Or perhaps a more local adventure...

Not me, I won't be having any holidays this year, so I'll just stay in Porto Alegre, at the hottest time of the year. Seriously, it's so hot I got a nasty sunburn in my left arm for driving with my elbow out the window, haha...

Lucky. I hate winter.

I'd gladly swap places, I love winter! My state is sub zero cold in the Winter, but it's also scorching hot in the summer, and the city I go to college is one of the hottest in the entire state because of the excessive amounts of concrete and asphalt and lack of green areas.

Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads!
Flew down to Houston for thanksgiving. Over Christmas holiday a friend and I might go to Kansas City, but that's hardly a road trip.

I love road trip.
Because i work for a Cellphone Tower company, that means i have to drive out of town quite often with this:
Hilux Ute!
But holiday road trip..
The last time i've done it was 4 months ago, drive the W140 for about 500 miles to see my parents.
